Commissions

General:
* By commissioning me you automatically accept my terms of service and rules!
* Artwork might be used for my portfolio or as art samples for display purposes on my social media. If you would like to keep your commissioned artwork private just let me know, (I will not claim ownership of your character, only the artwork itself, you will be credited appropriately).
* Clients are not allowed to use my art for NTFs or any type of AI usage.
* Clients are not allowed to claim ownership of my artwork, trace it, resell it, make any alterations, or repurpose it under any circumstances.
* My name/signature will be on the artwork given, you are not allowed to remove it.
* Do not exploit or abuse any loopholes in the terms of service and rules. If you find a loophole, please let me know!Usage:
* Personal use only! You are not allowed to use my artwork for commercial use. Can be used for everything else except for profit.
* Please credit me appropriately when posting or sharing my artwork.Commission Process:
* First come first serve! If there are multiple people commissioning me you will be put on a queue/waitlist until it's your turn. * I have the right to turn down your commission request for any reason.Payment and Refunds:
* Paypal only. All prices are in USD.
* Payment must be upfront, I will not start your commission without receiving payment.
* I might not ask for payment right away if I have other clients before you, I avoid accepting payment if I can't start on the commission at that exact moment. You will still be notified that your request has been accepted and has been put in the queue/waitlist.
* No refunds, all payments are final!
* You can only cancel your commission if you haven't sent me payment yet, just let me know.
* You are only allowed to request a refund if I haven't sent your finished artwork request within the turnaround time.Revisions:
* 5 small to moderate revisions are allowed at any time during the art process.
* 2 large revisions are only allowed during the sketch/lineart stage (i don't really do sketches and often just go straight for lineart).
* You will be charged if you exceed the revision limits and or request any large revisions after the sketch/lineart stage.Character references:
* Please make sure to provide me with an appropriate reference for the commission type you want to request. For example, do not send me only a headshot or half body reference when you are wanting a full body commission. In that situation a full body reference would be required!
* Do not send me text description requests or style requests.

✿ By obtaining / buying a design made by me, you automatically accept my terms of service and rules!✿ The original artwork I make for the design might be used for my portfolio or as art samples for display purposes only!
✿ I will never revoke a design (exception being if chargebacks occur).✿ DO NOT use my artwork or designs for any type of AI and/or NFTs. Do not draw and/or use my designs for problematic or offensive content such as racism, homophobia, hate-speech, fetishes, pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, etc.
✿ NSFW is allowed, (no offensive or problematic content), 18+ only!✿ I do not associate myself with or support anyone who uses my designs for any type of problematic or offensive content!
Unfortunately I can’t stop people from doing what they want with the design once they've purchased and/or obtained it from me. Anyone I see breaking my TOS / Rules will be privately blacklisted from future raffles, trades, and purchases.DESIGN and ARTWORK USAGE:

✿ You are not allowed to use MY artwork for commercial use, only the design itself!

✿ If you use the design for commercial use, please credit me in the original sale listing and/or production credits (e.g. character design originally by: WeepingFinnch)
✿ Do not claim to be the original designer of the design or claim my artwork as your own.
✿ Of course credit yourself for any edits you’ve done to the design <3TRADING / GIFTING / RESELLING:
✿ Trading, Gifting, and Reselling is allowed.
You are NOT allowed to resell the design for more than what you bought it for UNLESS it comes with additional value (trades, commissions, personal art).
✿ If you got a design from me for free, it is worth nothing and you cannot resell it unless it comes with additional value.
!! Art that you've received for free (gifts / requests) does not count as additional value !!
✿ If you want to sell a design of mine that you've obtained by trading with me please contact me first!

✿ If you're reselling, trading, or gifting the design outside of Toyhouse, all I ask is if you can please pass this T.O.S along to the next owner.CO-OWNERSHIP:
✿ Yes, Co-owner ship is allowed, but I will not get involved in any or future ownership disputes (unless it's an obvious error on my end).

PURCHASING RULES:
(purchasing rules only apply when purchasing directly from @WeepingFinnch, new owner(s) may have different purchasing rules).General:
✿ All prices are in USD! (unless stated otherwise)
✿ First come first serve (not including auctions, trades, or raffles. only for flat sales)
✿ Payment must be upfront, I will not send you the design until I am paid.
✿ Willing to put designs on hold for you, max is a 72 hour (3 day) hold. Payment must be made within the 72 hours after claiming it, if not the design will go back up for sale.
✿ Once money has been transferred to me, the higher quality unwatermarked image of the design will be sent to you instantly via Toyhouse or Email! (image may have my name/signature included, you are not allowed to remove it).
✿ No refunds, all payments are final!Bidding:
✿ If the first bidder doesn’t respond within 72 hours (3 days) after being contacted about winning the design, the design will be given to the second highest bidder. If the second highest bidder also doesn’t respond within 72 hours of being contacted, the design will be given to the third highest bidder, and so on.
