General:
* By commissioning me you automatically accept my terms of service and rules!
* Artwork might be used for my portfolio or as art samples for display purposes on my social media. If you would like to keep your commissioned artwork private just let me know, (I will not claim ownership of your character, only the artwork itself, you will be credited appropriately).
* Clients are not allowed to use my art for NTFs or any type of AI usage.
* Clients are not allowed to claim ownership of my artwork, trace it, resell it, make any alterations, or repurpose it under any circumstances.
* My name/signature will be on the artwork given, you are not allowed to remove it.
* Do not exploit or abuse any loopholes in the terms of service and rules. If you find a loophole, please let me know!Usage:
* Personal use only! You are not allowed to use my artwork for commercial use. Can be used for everything else except for profit.
* Please credit me appropriately when posting or sharing my artwork.Commission Process:
* First come first serve! If there are multiple people commissioning me you will be put on a queue/waitlist until it's your turn. * I have the right to turn down your commission request for any reason.Payment and Refunds:
* Paypal only. All prices are in USD.
* Payment must be upfront, I will not start your commission without receiving payment.
* I might not ask for payment right away if I have other clients before you, I avoid accepting payment if I can't start on the commission at that exact moment. You will still be notified that your request has been accepted and has been put in the queue/waitlist.
* No refunds, all payments are final!
* You can only cancel your commission if you haven't sent me payment yet, just let me know.
* You are only allowed to request a refund if I haven't sent your finished artwork request within the turnaround time.Revisions:
* 5 small to moderate revisions are allowed at any time during the art process.
* 2 large revisions are only allowed during the sketch/lineart stage (i don't really do sketches and often just go straight for lineart).
* You will be charged if you exceed the revision limits and or request any large revisions after the sketch/lineart stage.Character references:
* Please make sure to provide me with an appropriate reference for the commission type you want to request. For example, do not send me only a headshot or half body reference when you are wanting a full body commission. In that situation a full body reference would be required!
* Do not send me text description requests or style requests.
